Bead Buster

Inserted between the wheel rim and tyre bead, the Bead Buster is then clamped to the rim using the ball-ended lever. Using a 1 1/4" socket, the drive nut is then turned steadily to force the beads from their seating. Repositioning may be required to complete the job in some instances. Weighs only 4.2kg but exerts 5 tons of pressure. Can be used on almost any wheel/tyre unit, even break beads on tractor tyres while still on the tractor. Operated by 1/2" ratchet with 1 1/4" socket.
